The early spring rain storms that have hit the Philadelphia area recently bring some nasty problems to home owners.

Not only do basements flood and get wet, but, mold growth can explode during this time of year. The weather is slightly warmer and the humidity spikes when it rains a lot. This allows moisture to get into the basement, crawlspace or foundation. From there, mold can easily grow.
